I am looking for a plant based chef in the Cincinnati, OH area. I am a bigger guy at 6’1” 272 lbs and I’m currently weening myself off of meat. I want to be healthier and I think that taking this step for myself is what should happen. Our bodies are not made for meat to be taken in and I don’t want it anymore. PLEASE HELP!!!
