So for example I have Wasabi Beef biscuit served with ]orange and lemongrass wild rice and garlic toasted asparagus spears, that's one entree I got, an appetizer that I have planned is mussels in Dikon broth, topped with chives, but I'm stuck on dessert I don't want to go traditional ppl for most desserts but I would probably have an offering of triple layered chocolate cheesecake , so again anyway advice or tips that you could offer would be very helpful. Thank you
