Chef Job in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

I'm looking to hire a chef or team of 2-3 for my wedding day; June 5, 2021. This is my first start to get solid ideas on quotes and menus; this will be a full day affair starting with brunch well into the evening after dinner. I have perhaps 30% of the menu(s) planned, but am willing to be flexible to make this day and all the food fantastic. Chef responsibilities would not include desserts. Please email!
