Sony is looking for an experienced South Indian dosa making Chef to join its team in Guelph/Eramosa, Ontario. Our ideal candidate will be creative, passionate about food, and have a strong knowledge of the culinary arts. Responsibilities include: developing and preparing menus, managing kitchen operations, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and quality in the kitchen. Additionally, the Chef will coordinate the purchasing and inventory of food and supplies, and collaborate with management on budgeting and cost control. The successful candidate will have a post-secondary diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent, with at least two years of related experience. Knowledge of health and safety regulations is an asset. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to excellence and a dedication to producing high-quality food.
