Chef Job in Orlando, Florida

Are you a talented chef looking for a great opportunity in Orlando, Florida? I am James, and I am looking for someone to provide a birthday brunch for 30 to 40 people on Saturday, July 15th. 11:00AM to 4:00PM. This will be at my house and will include indoor and outdoor cooking. The job also requires the maintenance of food platters, chagrin trays and grill cooking. The menu will include fresh and cooked seafood, salads, vegetables, meats and bite size appetizers. The birthday girl and close friends are Peruvian so the menu has to include ceviechie, pisco sour and 2 peruvian dishes. If you are an experienced chef with a passion for creating delicious dishes, I would love to hear from you. Your skill set should include strong knowledge of cooking techniques, a keen eye for detail, and an attention to food safety and hygiene. You should also have excellent communication skills to work efficiently with current team members in the kitchen, as well as maintain a good relationship with suppliers. As a chef you will be expected to create delightful dishes, while working within the specified budget. This is a one time ever. There may be others to follow.
