Chef Job in Clifton Park, New York

my mother has been having heart problems and needs to lose weight as a result. both she and my father need help with meals and meal preps during the week. someone with a knowledge of healthy, tasty alternatives for two people that mainly focus on breads and sugars is a plus but not necessary. i will ultimately be providing the meal plans/guidelines at first and will continue as needed.
