Chef Job in Flower Mound, Texas

No fryers! No oil cooking! No late nights! We close at 8 pm Mon-Fri & at 3 pm on Sat & Sun. We are currently looking for daytime and evening help - when are you available? Let’s talk! We offer a TIP Share! :) You will love our kitchen & our team. We are very family oriented and aware that you have a personal life! We need general help with cutting, chopping, dicing, and of course cooking! Did I mention - we have NO Frying!! We steam, bake, use panini presses and flat top. That’s it! We have a very easy, simple menu & kitchen set up. We offer catering, dining in the cafe, and to-go orders via Door Dash & Uber; we also offer premade meals (Meal Prep!) that are all made in the cafe. We have 2000 meals on hand at any given time for our guests to come in and choose from - Grab N Go’s. Do you enjoy creating new recipes & meals? :) You can do that with us, if you choose. (NOT required though! We have hundreds of recipes you can choose from!) Do you like to engage with the public? We have repeat, weekly guests that would love to say hi if you want to step out of the kitchen and meet the families that are enjoying your cooking! :) (Also not a requirement!) If you haven’t figured it out, we are NOT your typical restaurant, we are a family! We have outings together, and fun extras!
