Hello! My name is Devin and I recently ruptured a tendon in my left knee cap which has put me out of training for 3 months.
In the interim, my nutritionist has adjusted my meal plan, and looking for someone to kindly assist me with shopping and preparing meals for 3-5 days at a time.
I’ll be providing exact details, so hoping this would be very straightforward :)
