Chef Job in Charlottesville, Virginia

The Colonnades is looking for an enthusiastic, diligent, hardworking, and friendly Lead Cook professional to join our kitchen team. We cook 85% of our meals from scratch, 500 covers per day. This position is full time (35-40 hours/week) with required weekend and holiday availability. Multiple shifts varying from 6:30am to 7:30 pm. Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Must be able to work alongside supervisors, Must have a positive attitude, must be able to multi-task, be self-directed, and demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn. Associates Degree in Culinary Arts or demonstrated equivalent cooking experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred.
