Chef Job in Invermere, British Columbia

A group of friends gathering for a 55th birthday dinner and week long celebration of life for a dear friend, who loves gathering with friends and enjoying a good family style or multicourse farm to table meal together. This will be our last time gathering with our friend. Preparing a memorable farm to table meal for a group of 16 people. Allergies/special diets: 1 person: raw carrots & raw celery, 1-person onions 1 vegan, who doesn't just want to eat a plate of veggies August 3 multi-course dinner to be served around 5:30pm followed by an decadent all chocolate cake created by Fun Cakes by Diane. We may also like the option, if available, for 1 more family style dinner together the same week (Aug 4 and/or 5th). Attendees TBD. Does not have to be as elaborate as the the Aug 3 dinner. Can create something delicious for omnivores (no pork, no bbq, no sushi/sashimi) and having the flexibility to equally include the vegan (not just a plate of vegetables) and those with allergies: 1 person - raw carrots and celery, 1 person - onions. Follow recommended Covid protocols AND please wear a mask to protect those with compromised immune systems.
