My family and I eat an autoimmune paleo diet (AIP) for medical reasons and would love to find a chef who can help us with dinner preparation. I currently have two young children, and while I love to cook, my hands are a bit full right now with childcare. We were thinking of maybe 3-4 dinners for 4 people each week. Some specifics about our diet: The AIP diet focuses on eating as clean as possible (all organic), and eating nutrient dense foods and avoiding foods that can cause inflammation. The two major food categories that we avoid due to inflammation/food allergies is gluten and dairy. * organic fruits and vegetables and meats * gluten-free and dairy-free, mostly soy-free and corn-free * beef is organic grass-fed, no antibiotics * chicken and pork are organic, pasture-raised, no antibiotics * seafood is wild caught, low mercury * try to eat colors of the rainbow (purple cabbage, purple potatoes, rainbow chard, lots of dark green vegetables, white cauliflower, rainbow carrots, beets, etc.) * low carb * lots of cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, chard, bok choy) * lot of anti-inflammatory spices (ginger, garlic, onions, parsley, cilantro, turmeric, rosemary) * other nutrient dense foods (mushrooms, sea vegetables/seaweed, arugula, dandelion greens, beets, avocado, nuts/seeds like flax, chia, hemp) * we mostly avoid nightshade vegetables * no seed oils * low sodium and no spicy foods as we have 2 young children We are looking for immediate help. Thank you for considering!
