Chef Job in Linn Creek, Missouri

We need a sushi chef to come and prepare the sushi rolls live on site. I’m looking to have a base menu with a couple of rolls, maybe some other Japanese appetizers (tempura or miso soup, ginger salad, etc). And a Japanese dessert (undecided). I would like for dinner to start around 7PM and we would require food preparation service for 3 hours. Chef would bring/setup/buy all ingredients & cooking requirements. This can be negotiated to determine if we need to provide serving table, etc. Hourly rate ($80) was offered because I’m not sure how much the ingredients would cost, so it possibly could be more.
