Chef Job in Valley Center, California

I am Lizzie, and I am looking to hire a chef in/near Valley Center, Ca. to offer a cooking/teaching experience as a gift for my Husband. I'm looking for a multi-course dinner where my Husband and I get to watch you cook and explain the steps you do to create the dish you're creating as well as teaching my Husband some of the steps for the dish your making to give him a hands on experience as he enjoys cooking very much. I'm also interest If you a wine pairing would be possible as well. I'm thinking of 5 courses, but I'm open to more. I feel that less than 5 isn't personable enough. I put $50/hr for pay because this is the first time I've looked for a Chef, and with it being a unique experience I'm asking for, I'm willing to work with you, the Chef, on cost for your time and cost for groceries. I'm hoping that the dinner/cooking experience would cost under $800 total (your pay and groceries), but it is still negotiable. I really want this to be a memorable, awesome, and unique culinary experience for me, but most of all, my Husband! I have a massive kitchen gourmet kitchen with 3 ovens, 12 gas cooktops, 2 and a half sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 islands, and an outside bbq, and pizza oven. ( the house had all this when we purchased it) I'd like to give him the gift certificate/voucher as a Christmas gift, but the experience wouldn't have to be booked for this year, but for a day after Jan 14, 2024. Looking up multiple similar experiences offered by chefs I understand that the price can vary, so I'm open to getting quotes and understand that the price can change depending on the menu ingredients.
