Looking for a dedicated chef to recreate meals from my boss' favorite restaurants. Very simple, clean by the book creations. I appreciate someone who buys from local organic farmers markets and creates weekly menus. Dietary restrictions are: Wife is gluten free, light oil, no butter. Need someone who follows direction and doesn't take too many liberties as this is a family who likes "everything on the side"
