Hi there! I'm looking for someone to help my mom prepare and cook low-fat meals. She is 65 years old and lost the joy of cooking. I would like someone to come in 2 times a week (for a couple of hours) and help cook 1-2 days worth of food so she can get back into the groove. She is overweight, but I would not like to focus on weight loss. I would like to focus on making actual healthy meals.
