We are looking to hire a laid back person to help us BBQ at our small-medium wedding & rehearsal dinner in 2023. We are very casual and just want to not have to worry about having to prep and cook food & kitchen clean up the day of. We are planning to bring all food down from anchorage. Venue is Cusacks on the Keni, please check their website for information about their kitchen/equipment. Wedding will be on a weekday. We are always welcome and open to any ideas you may have as you are the professional and we love food and trying new things. We are thinking a barbecue dinner and appetizers/snacks while dinner is being made.
