Executive Chef: responsible for all culinary activities- oversee kitchen staff, training, plan menus, oversee product purchasing, and manage culinary budget. Ensure quality of food preparation and service, food appearance, cleanliness and sanitation of production and service areas, equipment and employee appearance. Develops recipes and portion specifications in accordance with customer tastes, product specifications, and budgetary constraints.
