Chef Job in Manhattan, New York

I live in Manhattan and like to host monthly dinner parties for 4-10 (but typically 6-8) people. You should be able to create original recipes and meals, using the freshest ingredients. Knowledge of Italian and Mexican regional cuisine is considered a plus. You will work closely with me to create menus and prepare meals for special occasions.
