Chef Job in Sarasota, Florida

Hello, I am planning a pre-birthday dinner for my mother. She has always wanted this so it must be decorated and seasoned correctly. Price isnt a problem as long as it is what we need. It will be done in a hotel in Sarasota so the kitchen is all yours and you will just need to load the dishwasher to clean up. I want everything to be pretty and decorated beautifully. The food she would desire is: Lobster (some fried/some boiled) Baked Chicken King Crab Legs Lamb Chop Steak Fruit Bowl- Strawberries, Mango, Grapes, Pineapple, Watermelon Deserts/Cakes of your choice (homemade)
