Hey there! My sister's birthday is coming up and we are looking for a chef to make a multi-course dinner for 7 people in the Airbnb that we'll be renting on Sunday, April 5th. We have very few food restrictions in the group and are all adventurous/carnivorous eaters, so we're particularly interested in creative ingredients and flavor profiles!
Ideally, we'd like someone who could also suggest wine pairings to go with each course, 6-8 total.
