Hello! Looking for someone to join our team to prepare plated Sunday dinners for 6 people. The entire menu needs to be gluten free with one guest being no dairy no egg. The dinners should begin with one or two passed appetizers moving into a plated 1st course, plated entrée, plated dessert. We have a fully stocked kitchen to prep in with VitaMix, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, Cuisinart food processor, etc. The expectation of food quality is that of a fine dining restaurant.
