We are a solid restaurant business group in Guadalajara Mexico, a cosmopolitan big city in the pacific side.
We have a new project coming on. RÖAST is going to be a clean fancy restaurant with an european cousine, based on roasting, smoking and some time even burning a little. Smoke and fire is our label.
Im looking for a Sous chef to help me leadering the team and kitchen, we are going to have a first class kitchen to have fun on it. Im looking for some one with lots of passion, and good skills with roasting and baking.
We can offer an amazing life experience, good salary and a flat for you to live.
