The ideal candidate will possess culinary skills and strong communication skills as well as an appreciation for food. Italian, Creole and Mexican are high favorites! Ok with infusion. I am looking for someone who takes pride in their work and takes initiative to make sure it is done to the highest standard. You will be responsible for creating a menu to resonate with the evening. You should be able to work with a wide variety of ingredients and be able to come up with creative and delicious dishes. Drink pairing is a plus!!
