My wife and I are busy professionals, live in the VA Highlands area, and have two lovely children ages 6 and 7… After a busy day at work we can never seem to find the time to make a healthy dinner and eat as a family. We’d love to eat more healthy (currently doing whole30) and sit down nightly to eat as a family. We're looking for someone to help us with this but not sure how it works of if we could afford it.
