Chef Job in Clark Fork, Idaho

Short term chef and assistant chef/ server positions available at private family resort outside of Clark Fork, ID. Assistant needs to be familiar with chef, preferably friends, husband&wife..... August 5th morning thru dinner August 11th 2014. The chef and assistant would be working out of a commercial kitchen . Duties include: 1. preparing and cooking full hot breakfast, sandwich lunch packed, and full dinner service every day for approx: 20-60 people depending upon the day. Lunch will be taken to go. 2. Full kitchen & service clean up after every meal. 3. Help in menu planning 4. Cook for Wedding on August the 9th for 75-80 outdoor picnic BBQ menu. 5.Housing provided. 6. Resume and references required. Can be husband and wife. 7. 1st day August 5th only dinner service- morning/ afternoon orientation .
