We have a repeat dinner party client this Saturday. Chef Dan just broke his wrist, but will be there to guide you through his normal process. You would be representing The Wandering Gourmet. If this goes well, we have many more events that we would need help with. There are 6 adults and 6 children for this event with one vegan. Most of the food is prepared at our commercial kitchen by our staff then brought to the client's home to be completed, plated and served. Of course some food has to be prepared on site.
