I have a son committed to playing baseball at Navarro college next fall in Corsicana, TX. He’s been strictly SCD for the past 3 1/2 years after a diagnosis of Crohn’s disease at age 14. His dorm does not have a kitchen, and the cafeteria does not have friendly foods. Looking to hire a chef to help with meals. He’s also looking to put on 20 lbs, so he’s needing calorie dense meals/snacks.
