Copake Country Club is a 100 year old public 18 hole golf course and an American restaurant with a long term reputation of excellent food and service, and venue known for its custom unique events. We're looking for talented local chefs with a desire to grow with the company and help us explore what is possible for the future.
Following the soon-to-be retirement of our long-time Executive Chef, our beloved Sous Chef, as well as the rest of the current year round staff, will be staying on and taking on some new responsibilities. We're going to take this opportunity to bring in some new talent and delegate tasks that are essential to our success for the busy season ahead. We need a dynamic leader who can work to build trust with the crew and take their time assessing the needs of the company.
