Chef Job in St. George, Utah

For the last two years I have been working under chefs in St. George. In that time I have gained a new passion for food and costumer service. The opportunity to learn about the industry has been so incredible and ultimately good enough that I decided I want to continue to learn and make a career as a cook, hopefully one day a chef. I have a fair amount of base knowledge that I have gained working my way through two kitchens in particular. This helped me become a very capable line cook and taught me the ability to do pretty much any food prep based on vocal instruction from the chef. In my experience I have had a lot more care for the cleanliness and general organization than most of my fellow cooks and even a few of my chefs. A big thing I am looking for is a kitchen environment for me to continue my growth at this rate. I have a lot of respect for chefs who enjoy teaching their craft and almost nothing runs deeper in me at this point than my loyalty to the chef.
