I am an Exexutive Chef based out of Kansas City, I currently have another restaurant in Lexington I have opened. I need someone talented,passionate, responsive, aggressive, and be willing to learn about wine or use ones current knowledge to create elaborate menus. Great family great people and of course great pay and benefits. You also will have to create a personal menu everyone month based on what is in season. The obviously know how to take inventory, control your food and labor costs.
