Hello, I am on a weight loss journey and need meal prep. I do not like cooking but need healthy meals that are tailored towards post-menopausal women with hypothyroidism. I did research and found that a Mediterranean diet is conducive to weight loss. I have already lost about 60 lbs but have stalled at 300. I would want weekly meals prepared and vacuum sealed with the Foodsaver I can provide. I can refrigerate or freeze them. Thanks, Lucy
