Hello,
My company is bidding on a housing project for the USCG, coming to Houma in Feb through April, so about 73 days. Part of the offering is we have to provide meals for 11 or 12 employees each day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are looking at a cost at about 8.00 per meal, but have some basic dietary requests, nothing fancy really, just the ability for choices for each meal really.
