We're the "real thing." New European Cafe opening late summer of 2015. We're looking for a passionate, talented, organized French/European trained Pastry Chef, preferably having worked with a team of classically-trained Chefs from/in Europe/France, to perform a variety of tasks to prepare a select range of provincial savory and sweet baked confections. Must be creative and have full knowledge of the menu. This will become a career opportunity. Job Essentials: Cooking experience and skill with pastry, with special talent for all things European. Understanding of and passion for preparing fine food using exceptional ingredients. Possesses work ethic with a can-do attitude, likes organizing, builds team spirit. Qualifications: Culinary training with at least 3 years experience, French/European technique preferred. Knowledge of sanitation and food handling regulations Ability to maintain high quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
