Alexander catered my 35th birthday. I didn’t want to go to my regular restaurants so we decided on a cocktail party at home. We had a charcuterie board and fruit platter, hors d’oeuvres and a bartender for 20 people. We ordered the Mediterranean chicken on sticks, prawn skewers, puff pastry bites w/ veggies, stuffed baby potatoes, poached pear w/ smoked Gouda, the 2-bite burgers were a hit too, those were more like 3-4 bite burgers which was nice for people with bigger appetites. For dessert we had mini creme brûlée w/ amaretto apples, those weren’t included in the hor d’oeuvres menu but Alexander added it on for us for an extra fee, it was a hit. The server was great, we had people all over the house but she made sure that everyone had a chance to try everything. Because the party was ending late, I asked Alex to include an extra charcuterie board and fruit platter. He wrapped and left them in the fridge which we served later. The bar service was great. We bought the alcohol and Elite catering supplied everything else. The bartender was friendly and accommodating too. Highly recommend Alexander and Elite Catering for your in-home events. All I had to do was dress up and host. Loved how easy it was, we’re booking for my parents anniversary and a plated dinner for my husband’s birthday this year.
