Chef Job in Westhampton Beac, New York

Hi chefs: I'd like to surprise my wife for her 40th birthday with a dinner party at our house on the night of Aug. 26. There'll be 7 adults total 4 kids (all under age 11 but older than 3). She's a big fan of organic/local foods, seafood and some meats like lamb or bison. We have a decent-sized kitchen in Westhampton Beach and plenty of cooking utensils, pots, etc. (if you need them).
