A new innovative Italian pizza concept is currently seeking an experienced Pizza Chef and Prep Chef for its location in Nolita/Little Italy. Pizza chef must have knowledge of working with dough and yeast. The Chef must be a creative, dependable, professional leader who can adapt in a fast-paced environment and compliment the modern interactive style featuring innovation and design that the concept will offer to clients. * Experience in working with traditional Italian yeast called "lievito madre" is a plus * Italian Pizza-making certification is a plus The Prep Chef must have experience working in a restaurant or quick-service restaurant.
