Family resturant, opening shift starts at 6:00am Position Overview: Responsible for creating a consistent quality, while also providing exceptional customer service, presentation, and a clean and safe eating environment. Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To: Responsible for cooking, cleaning, food preparation in an open kitchen. Follows company recipes, procedures and practices. Completes work within a specified time frame; meets deadlines. Ensures work area is clean, well organized, and has good sanitation. Leads by example and works as part of the team. Additional duties as assigned by management. Performs proper food labeling, adheres to serving temperatures, Qualifications: Ability to work a full time flexible schedule including afternoons and weekends. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have at least 1 years of previous experience ( in production, culinary arts, food service, restaurant, line cooking). Culinary school and/or Serv-Safe Certification a bonus. Able to stand for the entire shift. Able and willing to lift up to 20lbs (as needed). Possesses good basic knife skills and production skills. Willingness to jump in where needed and be a team player.
