Chef Job in Vancouver, Washington

I am hoping to hire a chef to prepare a traditional prime rib/lobster dinner in my home 12-27-20.... I have purchased a eight bone in (prime) prime rib roast at Costco and have the lobsters coming in from Maine the day of. This is not a meal you will be required to plate, we are a informal bunch and everything will be served buffet style. I hope to find someone who has a lot of experience with preparing large cuts of expensive) meat, bonus if you can make Yorkshire pudding. I think baked potatoes would be easy, and I’m open to suggestions on vegetable. The lobster, we usually eat while the prime rib is in the oven, it would be great to have help with those. We love food and normally this meal is something I look forward to making, but my husband has advanced stage muscular dystrophy. It just isn’t possible for me to be away in kitchen.
