Sous Chef needed for a new independently owned restaurant in Tampa. Opening date will be sometime in June. Morning shift open (6a-2p) for breakfast and lunch. Later shifts may also be available. We are looking for full-time and part-time staff. The ideal candidates have experience with preparing a variety of foods. This position requires excellent leadership skills including the ability to lead your BOH team. You will also be involved in menu creation and costing. This is a great opportunity for a chef who likes to exercise his/her own creativity. Must have at least 3yrs experience with verifiable references. Servesafe or comparable certification required Knowledgeable of and history of following commercial kitchen guidelines for public safety Must have valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to pass criminal background check and be eligible to work in the US Certification from a culinary school preferred Bilingual Spanish welcome, but not necessary If you are interested in this position, please email your resume and cover letter.
