I've been in the food business since 1994 if you consider work log. I have cooked for family way before. My work history has been cooking for large quantity in schools. Now I am a Chef Manager for a cafe within a college. I have also been a private chef for a visiting family from Kansas, Oregon, and Arkansas for the past 18 years. I love to cook! I am Serv-Safe certified. Keeping people from getting sick is important to me! It is my goal to make sure everyone loves what they eat.
