Brik is the neighborhoods newest wine bar bistro located on the corner of Colfax Avenue and York Street. Our farm-to-table menu offers our staff the opportunity to cook from scratch. We will be pulling our own cheese, making our pizza dough and preparing house made soups, dressings with non-GMO and local products. Requirements for a Line Cook or Prep position include, but are not limited to- Prior experience working in a professional kitchen Experience with a wood-fired oven Ability to comprehend and execute recipes with speed and precision Sense of urgency Excellent communication skills Understanding of proper procedures and health department guidelines An appreciation for the good things in life: food and wine.
