After over twenty years of preparing food for many types of restaurants and hotels, I am ready for The Last Dance. Though I'm stuck in the city, my heart and fryin' pan are ready for the country fried life. I would like to partner with a group that wants to serve a menu of western, cowboy, or country style home cooking. American classics, can be from any region, be it Texas, Alabama, Tennessee, or anywhere. We have done this for four years, and it can PACK the house, with paying, eating, drinking customers. It must be a property with decent size that can accommodate several hundred guests.
