I have worked in basically every situation. My first job was at Taco Bell when I was 16 and it just went on from there. I have worked at Purdue University starting as a temp. then started making my own menus at their food court. From there I worked in their bakery and catering for the parties in the Memorial Union building. I also helped set up wedding cakes and learned a little about decorating them. I worked at O'Rears bakery here in Lafayette as a supervisor producing donuts from scratch, pastries, training and delivering orders. I worked at Mountain Jacks restaurant prepping everything, setting up the line and working on the line. There we made dressings from scratch, all sauces from scratch, prepped cocktail shrimp, fried shrimp, salad mix, lobster tails, stuffed mushrooms, etc. I also ran the grill and can tell the temp. of a steak by the firmness of it. I have done just about everything but, there is always more to learn.
