Chef in Grand Junction, Colorado

I'm Mike, a professional chef in Grand Junction, Colorado. I started cooking in Durango, CO after high school. In the last 20 years I completed my culinary apprenticeship in Vail, then traveled and cooked around the country and in Denver. I enjoy grilling, and would consider my food seasonal American cuisine. I really love our local ingredients out here on the West Slope. My partner and I run a food truck, Le Snack, please look us up to get an idea or our style of food and services. That business is mostly seasonal, so during the colder months I will be working a morning job and picking up parties in my free time. Parties for $500 will be most worthwhile. We can do anything from small, intimate parties, to larger groups for 20-50. For large events we can utilize the truck. We also have lots of experience with wine and cocktails.
