OBJECTIVE: My objective is to be successful and hard working at my job. I want to set goals for myself, and achieve them to my full potential. I always lead a positive mindset, and create a positive and upbeat atmosphere for myself, and my co-workers. I worked with fryers. I made sure the food was out on time. I was responsible for stocking and cleaning. I helped co-workers with other duties. I left due to moving to the state of Florida. CG Burgers, 4320 N State Rd 7, Coral Springs, FL 33073 -------------------------------- Line Cook, June 2011 - November 2013 I opened up when this company first started out. I was responsible for cooking the desired food. I worked with the fryer and grill. I made sure food ticket orders were out on time, and cooked properly to order. I also worked Cashier, Expedite, and was a food runner. I had knowledge of each position, and also trained new employees when hired. I also stocked, and cleaned the kitchen. I also was a Dishwasher. I made sure customers were satisfied! I left due to the store/Company closing down. Crazydilla Food Truck, Fort Lauderdale / Traveled all over South and North Florida. ------------------------------- Saute Cook / Grill Cook/Cashier - Around the year 2014, a couple months at a time. I worked the Saute Grill involving Mexican Quesadillas and Wraps. I also worked the window taking orders, and handling cash transactions. I cleaned and drove the truck to events. I also shopped and stocked food products and made sure prep was done daily! I worked this as a part time job. Ticket orders were cooked to order, and this was a very fast pace job. I was a Key holder kitchen supervisor Line Cook. I was responsible for cooking the desired menu. I made sure food ticket orders were out in a reasonable time, and cooked properly to order. I had knowledge of the whole line menu. I worked Grill, Fryers, Saute, Salads, Dishwasher, Prep, Expedite and Milkshakes/Dessert stations. I was offered a traveling position to open up new stores around the Country and train new employees. I started training for a Sous Chef position, as the company started expanding and my knowledge was progressing. I helped new employees with learning and working each station and getting them involved! I stocked and rotated products, I used the FIFO system regularly, and cleaned the Line and Walk In Coolers. I closed and opened the restaurant regularly, and helped fellow employees. I made sure customers were satisfied and returned again! I left due to a family emergency and location moving.
