My knowledge of food is vast, yet I am intimate with Mediterranean (French, Italian, Spanish, Indian, Lebanese, Greek, and Turkish), Latin and Asian cuisines. I am classically trained in French cooking from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Where I expaned my love and desire to bring all of the best flavors and techiques into amazing food, not being limited to just one type of cuisine/techiques. I am looking to cook weekly meals/meal kits for someone who wants to enjoy their food, weather time is a constrant or knowledge/technique are not yet perfected. Dinner Parties and other events are perfectly capable. I am used to cooking for 2-100 guests.
