Hi. I am a Latin-American with a love for Italian cuisine! I have over 8 years of experience in the personal chef and personal assistance field working with upscale clients as well as hosting smaller events such as baby showers and birthday parties for the younger generation. As previously mentioned, my heart is focused on Italian cuisines but I can work up many South American recipes (born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina) like homemade beef empanadas, flan casero, and flank steak with chimichurri sauce- An Argentinian classic! Recently moved to Austin from Miami, I am looking to have a great relationship with a client and become their personal chef.
