After moving back to my home state of Maryland, I joined the team at Chef Jean Georges Steakhouse at the W Hotel DC, working for several years under Chef Phillip. My path then led me to the St Regis Bal Harbour Hotel, where I continued at the Jean George Grill restaurant. My dedication soon earned me a promotion to Culinary Supervisor at the St Regis, along with The Astor Award for that quarter. I also had the honor of representing St Regis Bal Harbour as a nominee for Culinarian of the Year at The 25th Annual Inn Key Awards by the Greater Miami & the Beaches Hotel Association.
