Chef in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

I am a chef with 15 years of professional experience, working in everything from southern to Italian to brunch food. The early years of my career were spent in Raleigh, NC with award winning chefs Ashley Christiansen, Scott Crawford, and Cheetie Kumar. I established a love of scratch-cooking utilizing seasonal and local ingredients. I was able to use the skills to also finesse the food of my upbringing, Mexican food. I then took my career to Charleston, SC and worked under the stewardship of Ken Vedrinski and Trattoria Luca and Coda del Pesce, where I learned how to create fresh made pasta. Living on the coast allowed me to hone my skill of cooking a variety of seafood as well. My passion to challenge myself with new experiences has now placed me in South Florida where I hope to bring fresh and high end food to those that desire it.
