My name is Zach, a chef in Burlington, Vermont. I have 10 years experience at some of Vermont’s best restaurants, including Hen of the Wood, Deep City, Farmhouse Group, and Folinos.
I specialize in working with clients to help design and execute private dining events that offer a mix between fine dining and casual barbecue. I can work with any client on their ideal menu, but I specialize in large, family style meals. Barbecue and other grilled meats are staples for my typical menu, but I also am extremely familiar and knowledgeable working with Vermont seasonal produce. Additional bar services are also an option.
